Jack: from doctor, scientist to creating beneficial change in organisations...
Jack's business career started with a long stint at KPMG as a management consultant leading mergers and acquisitions and large change, organisation design & transformation programs. Clients were mainly in Advertising, Media, The City (Financial Services, Banking), Higher Education, Medicine/Public Health and Public Services. He made the natural move to lead organisational development, design, strategy and HR as a board director. He also became accredited as a personal coach and mentor, often to people in the sectors he knew best.
As a board director and program leader Jack has led teams & programs that have won recognised awards for business & strategy, and organisations that have been first in sector to get in to the Best Places To Work listings.
As a professional accredited coach...
"Most people want a coach who has been in the position they have, facing similar challenges to those they have faced; it gives them confidence in the coach's ability and credibility..."
He specialises in helping clients get their careers on the right track: often by helping increase influence and awareness, better communications structure & delivery, improved decision-making and in effecting behavioural change. One of the first Master Coaches to be accredited by the Association for Coaching, working with over 200 personal clients, helping unstick issues in their careers, lives and relationships.
Fortunate to study coaching with some great people, including the late Freddie Strasser at Regents College.
